ENR architects consulted as LEED Accredited Professional for the development of the high-end retail shopping center at the Lost Hills exit of Highway 101 in Calabasas, CA, which was the pilot project for the City of Calabasas, Green Development Standards (CGDS).

Services included: facilitation of sustainable considerations toward establishing target credits for CGDS, Silver Certification; formulation of Summit credit matrix of requirements and objectives; coordination of team member input; development of tenant improvement guidelines, perpetuating the Silver status in future improvements; and compiling certification documentation for City submittals. This is also one of the pilot projects for the City of Calabasas in amending their municipal code relating to development standards for new commercial development, which is modeled after the US Green Building Council, Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED), New Construction criteria.
