Home Theater - Dining - Master Bath Addition - Wholehouse Remodel

"Eric's ability to listen to my goals and his attention to detail made for an incredibly successful project. The plans were complemented and went through the City of Thousand Oaks without a hitch, which is quite a feat if you are familiar with the City of Thousand Oaks. Eric's assistance monitoring the construction was by far the best investment I made - my contractor was wonderful, but Eric was able to spot and help rectify potential issues as we were remodeling a 50 year old house and stuff happens.

The project was such a magnitude that I had moments of being flustered and nervous which he patiently helped me. The large game room is my place.

I highly recommend Eric, you will get it right the first time with him!"

SUMMARY

Home Theater/Game Room, Dining Room, Master Bath, Covered Porch addition & whole house remodel. Architectural & structural design of home addition by ENR architects, Granbury, TX 76049

A local tech professional finds her quiet, residential cul-de-sac, the oasis that suits her perfectly.  However, the half-century old tract home needed some updating and expansion.  Reshaping the interior, directing views to the rear landscape, and adding to the living space was the goal of ENR architects.  With her love for fun-filled gatherings, we invested in a lively arrangement of home theater, game room, dining and kitchen, centered about a 3-sided gas fireplace.

The 828sf Addition to 1-story tract home, includes a vaulted game room with clerestory windows, home theater projection system, viewing alcove, vaulted kitchen with large skylight well, vaulted dining room, master bathroom, and 260sf of covered porches. A major renovation of the kitchen & pantry is the center of attention. A variety of features have been added, such as vaulted ceilings, clerestory ventilating windows, skylights, whole house fan, ramp entry master shower, walk-in master closet, indirect ceiling lighting, 3-sided gas fireplace, greywater irrigation & more.
